Conditions of Stay

Rooms are rented on a daily basis, from 12:00 noon until 10:00 am on the successive day.

Room prices are comprehensive of :

•     breakfast

•     access to swimming pool (summer months only)

•     water / electricity / heating

Upon request and for an additional fee the following are available  :

•     additional single bed

•     change of bedding

There is no daily room-cleaning service and bed-making is not included.  These are entirely the guests' responsibilities.

Booking

Booking must be confirmed by a 30% deposit sent via international postal money order and must be payable to :

In the event of cancellation more than 3 weeks (at least 21 days) before the planned date of arrival, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. Between 20 and 10 days prior to planned arrival : 50% deposit refund. In the event of cancellation with less than 10 days' notice, the deposit will be retained.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (Euro) or major Credit Cards.
